Emory Alumni

The Emory Career Center is here to provide continued professional development support and resources to Emory Alumni to help showcase their talent and academic experience to future employers. The ECC also hopes to connect our alumni with current Emory undergraduate students who are looking for career advice, guidance, and industry exposure from Emory’s global alumni network.

  • Share Your Career Story

Students have indicated that hearing success stories from alumni is a valuable resource when charting their own personal career journey. Each semester we host opportunities for alumni to share their stories with students.

    Career Treks

The Career Treks program brings students into the workplaces of alumni and friends in order to expose them to potential career paths and broaden their understanding of industries. The program leverages Emory’s well-positioned and successful alumni who are excited to share their insights and personal career stories with students. Participants engage with Emory graduates around specific interests through targeted learning, conversation, and informal networking.

NYC Alumni are invited to join us the evening of Tuesday, March 7, 2023 for a reception with students, faculty, and fellow alumni to celebrate the inaugural Pathways Career Trek. Future Career Treks will include Los Angeles, San Francisco, and D.C.

Contact Natasha D’Souza 03C for more information about our upcoming treks.

    Sophomore Summit

The Sophomore Summit is a unique opportunity for Emory students to reflect on where they have been, who they are, and where they are going. This free, off-site career discernment-focused program provides a reflective experience where participants can share, learn, and connect with faculty, alumni, and students. All sophomores at Emory are welcome. Learn more about the Summit here.

Media & Entertainment Pathways Scholars Program

The Media and Entertainment Pathways Scholars Program at Emory offers a summer internship opportunity in Los Angeles for selected undergraduates interested in the media and entertainment industry by providing hands-on experiences that bring together creativity, technology, and data analysis.

Contact Natasha D’Souza 03C for more information.

    Industry Panels

Industry Panels are programs designed to introduce students to industries, career paths and to hear about alumni experiences. Students should expect to hear about best practices and often get the opportunity to ask questions directly to the presenters.

    Dinner with 12 Strangers (D12)

We invite alumni, faculty, and staff to come together with a small group of students in a warm, friendly environment for food and conversation. Each dinner offers students the opportunity to network with Emory alumni, ask questions about life after college, interact with alumni and professors, and have a meaningful classroom experience.

  • Recruit an Eagle

    EagleOps

Eagle Opportunities (EagleOps), powered by 12twenty, is The Career Center’s primary system for undergraduate students and recent alumni to search and apply to job and internship listings, and RSVP and attend career events, workshops, career fairs, on-campus recruiting programs, and more.

To learn more about On-Campus Recruiting or How to post a job at Emory, email Recruiting@emory.edu.

  • Support Emory Students

    Emory Edge

Emory Edge equips students to discover the values at the center of their educations, explore passions and pathways from college to career, and experience hands-on, high-impact learning. You can help us shape students’ lives and trajectories for decades after graduation.

Our students are our future. Emory has put student professional & personal development at the core of its 2036 strategic vision.  As a result, The Career Center has joined the newly-created  Pathways Center. The Pathway Center is an integral part of the university-wide Student Flourishing Initiative, uniting for the first time existing resources and programs from Emory College of Arts and Sciences and Campus Life — including career services, experiential learning, national scholarships and fellowship, pre-health advising and undergraduate research — under one roof.

Through the Pathways Center, there are now opportunities for alumni to help us further Emory’s mission by donating to funds that assist students in participating in research and internship opportunities.

Give Now to the Emory Edge Fund

    The Emory Clothing Closet

The Clothing Closet was created to provide Emory students the ability to borrow clothing for career fairs, interviews, or other professional and social events. The closet was made possible due to local community donations and generous funding provided by Enterprise Rent-a-Car and the College Council. If you are interested in contributing to our Emory Clothing closet, contact the Emory Career Center.
